Justin Tullos — Founder & President

Justin Tullos is an Engineering Technical Leader and Senior RF/Electrical Engineer with 12+ years of experience spanning RF and satellite communications, sensor networks, embedded systems design, and applied research. He is the lead architect and sole inventor of FireSight.

His military career included serving as Director of Operations at Patrick Space Force Base, leading 24/7 operations for 140 personnel across globally distributed RF sensor networks supporting nuclear treaty monitoring, and as Chief Engineer at Nellis Air Force Base, managing a 16-engineer division with a $15.2M budget supporting $4.2B in operational assets.

Prior to founding Phineas Laboratory, Justin served as Senior Technical Lead at Parallax Advanced Research, where he established and led the organization’s first reverse engineering and hardware analysis laboratory for government sponsors.
